Anna Popplewell
Anna Katherine Popplewell was born in England. The role of Popplewell as Susan Pevensie, in The Chronicles of Narnia the fantasy show has won her numerous awards. Anna Popplewell (born 16 December 1988) is an English actor in the field of film and television as well as a theater actor. Her most well-known role is Susan Pevensie, in The Chronicles of Narnia films, since in 2005. Chyler in Halo 4 Forward Unto Dawn since 2012; and Lady Lola (in Reign) since 2013. Anna was trained at the highly regarded North London Collegiate School for girls (2006-07). Magdalen College University of Oxford (BA) was her initial option for 2007. Anna started taking classes in the drama department with Allsorts Drama School from age six. She participated in numerous student drama productions. One of these was produced Macbeth which was staged at FSX theaters located in Oxford England. The film The Nun 2 is set to hit theatres on September 8, 2023. Her previous films comprise The Little Vampire Me Without You, Mansfield Park and The Little Vampire Me Without You. The roles she has played on television are Dirty Tricks and the BBC costume dramas Love in a Cold Climate and Daniel Deronda. The role she played as Vermeer's oldest girl in Peter Webber's worldwide acclaimed film Girl with a Pearl Earring was her only major movie before The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Born and raised in London (the daughter of a barrister's father and a her doctor mother) she's the eldest of three brothers each of whom been to Allsorts the children's theater class. The actress starred alongside her sibling Lulu on Richard Curtis Love Actually, as well as her brother Freddie on P.J. Hogan's Peter Pan, a 2003 movie.
