Her birthday is on March 29th, 1985 in Roswell, New Mexico. Gerina is the given name of her. Gerina Stevenson is a native of Mexico in the family of Mexican parents Alan Stevenson and Rita Stevenson. She is of Mexican-American heritage as well as an American in citizenship. Since the age of a child, she's always had a strong interest in playing activities. Gerina began to play golf when she was 15 years old. Gerina attended Goddard High School. At the age of 16, she was a winner in the state championship golf tournament in New Mexico. Also, she played volleyball at the state level. 2003was the year she started her studies in The University of Texas. During the senior seasons of her professional career, she won each tournament that she participated in. In her undergraduate professional career, she took home her the Conference USA Individual Champion Player of the Year award and the UTEP Female athlete of the year.
